Hi, I'm Mike Turner, owner and Licensed Appraiser of First Choice Appraisals, LLC. I am a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Virginia. I have been appraising Real Estate in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia for several years and am very familiar with the local Real Estate market. I was trained under two Certified Appraisers, one of which with over 25 years of Real Estate experience as both an Appraiser and a Realtor/Broker. I believe in doing the job correctly the first time. I feel that it is better to take a little more time to make sure the report is correct before it is sent out to the client, rather than the "get it out fast, make corrections later" attitude that some appraisers have today. However, we are all human and we all make mistakes every now and then, and I will always take the time to listen to the clients concerns with a kind and courteous attitude.
